Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Email us at support@clearlungco.com with your order number.

  • Once we confirm return eligibility, ship the item back to us.

  • After inspection, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for used/opened products. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns/offer refunds on any opened items for sanitary and safety reasons.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective items:

If you encounter any issues with your order or discover an unusual manufacturer defect with a product, please reach out to our support team at support@clearlungco.com for assistance. Please include your order number, provide a detailed description of the issue, and if applicable, attach photos of any damage or defects. 

Please note that product defects/damage in transit must be reported within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.  This does not include issues resulting from normal wear and tear.

 

*If the product is negatively affecting you, stop use immediately, consult your doctor and let our support team know.

*Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used to purchase the order. If the original payment method is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued.
